You follow trends and lose track of time talking about ingredients and brands. That passion is the best qualification.

You can bridge Korean and Japanese
Native Korean speakers are welcome, and Japanese is not required. You will handle communication between suppliers and buyers.

Not waiting for instructions, but working backward from goals. In a small team, your discretion is large.

JOB
What You Will Do
Centered on our K-beauty B2B "Cosme Trade Pro", assigned according to your strengths.
01
Developing Korean suppliers
Building relationships with Korean cosmetics makers and vendors; discovering new brands and negotiating terms.

Supporting Japanese buyers
Handling inquiries from Japanese retailers and EC businesses, proposing products and supporting sourcing.
03
Translating & maintaining product data
Translating product descriptions (KR→JP) and adjusting expressions for regulatory compliance; expanding the database.
04
Trade shows & marketing
Handling trade shows in Japan and overseas, and spreading the business via SNS and email.

| Location & work style | You may work fully remote while living in Korea, or remote-first with on-site work in Tokyo and Seoul. Either arrangement is negotiable. *We do not offer relocation support for moving from Korea to Japan |
| Language | Native Korean speakers welcome. Japanese is not required (speakers, and those willing to learn, are equally welcome) |
| Experience | No experience required. Background in cosmetics, trade, EC or commerce is a plus |
| Compensation | Determined by employment type, experience and workload (hourly rate for part-time roles) |
